• 17/02/17 - Salvador - Rio de Janeiro (World Samba Congress)

• 19/02/17 - Rio de Janeiro - Florianópolis

• 01/03/17 - Florianópolis - Rio de Janeiro

• 06/03/17 - Leaving Rio back to Australia

• Rio’s first World Samba Congress and International Samba Queen Competition (full pass included)

• Watch the 6 best Samba Schools of 2017 Rio’s Carnaval (ticket and transport included)

• A day tour in Rio de Janeiro (including the main touristic attractions - all tickets and transport included)

• Watch a Samba School Rehearsal in Florianopolis (transport included)

• Drumming lesson “Samba Enredo style”  with a Samba School’s bateria master in Florianopolis (transport included)

• Visit a “Barracão de Escola de Samba” where we can see the community getting together working in the confection of the costumes for the Samba School (transfer included)

• Parade in Florianópolis’s Carnaval with the possibility to be part of the Ala das Passistas * - costume and transport included (*video audition will be required to be part of the Ala das Passistas (Passistas’ Section). In case your samba is at a beginner level, you still will have a spot to parade in Florianopolis’ Carnaval, in another section of the Samba School!

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE TOUR!

• Is that I can show you Brazil the way I see it, so you will experience not only the tourist side of it but mostly what the locals do as well!

• You will see the beautiful cultural diversity between Northeast, Southeast and South of Brazil and the 3 cities we are going to visit are all in the East Cost of Brazil, so all of them have beautiful beaches and have both relaxing and exiting places to see and enjoy.

• You will have the opportunity to learn a great variety of Brazilian dance styles, from myself and from other Brazilian dance teachers!

• You will meet a lot of people and make new friends!

• I will be with you most of the time, to help you with the language, to show you around, good places to go shopping, authentic restaurants, bars and samba clubs!

• I'm extremely exited about next year's in particular, as I have been invited to teach at the very first Worlds Samba Congress in Rio and to be one of the judges of the International Samba Queen Competition alongside with some incredible professionals of the Samba Industry! And our tour participants will have the full congress pass!
